Our treatments take a holistic approach, ensuring your experience is as much for your inner-self and mind, as your face and body. Please provide our team with any medical information which may affect your treatment when making your booking.

For medical reasons, spa guests must be aged 16 years or older, both for use of the facilities and treatments.

A valid credit card number is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur the full treatment fee, which will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us in advance. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
